Located in the heart of Orange County, we feature weekly storytimes, author signings, crafts, parties, even dogs that listen to you read! (They are great listeners, but we are not so sure about their retention.) In Enderle Center in Tustin, OUAS is the the perfect place to browse ... to find that special gift or to recall your own favorite book from your childhood. And children feel at home in our cozy cubbies and carefully watching the fairy door for fanciful creatures. We have expert staff to help you find just what you need. Preschool Storytime: Tuesdays @11:00 & Fridays @11:00 Join us for songs, stories, and surprises at one of these two weekly identical storytimes! Sometimes we do experiments, sometimes we make crafts There's always something fun when we get the preschoolers together! Perfect for ages 2-5
Itty Bitty Storytime Mondays @10:30 & 11:00 For the littlest listeners, we offer songs, fingerplays, puppets, bubbles, rhythm instruments, and short stories for about 20 mins. This is a fun little mommy (or daddy or grandma or caretaker!) & me time for those just born to 2 yrs. ITTY BITTY STORYTIME IS CANCELLED FOR MONDAY, JUNE 27 & MONDAY, JULY 4. WE'LL SEE THE BABIES AGAIN ON MONDAY, JULY 11!!
Milk & Cookies Storytime: Thursdays @7:00Hear some quiet stories to relax you after a busy day. Milk & cookies provided (if your child has food sensitivities, please bring an appropriate snack.) Great for ages 3-8.
New Chapters Storytime: 2nd Saturday of each month @2:00 This storytime is for chapter book readers who would like to be introduced to new stories. Miss Susie the Storylady will read a couple of chapters of at least two books to give you a flavor of what's out there. Bring a pillow pet or a friend to lie on :-) Maybe you'll find a new favorite! Targeted to ages 8-12.
