退貨須知

因2019新型冠狀病毒 2019-nCoV疫情持續延燒，商品購買後，一律不提供退換貨服務。

以下為正常時期退換貨原則，目前並不適用。

七日鑑賞期屬『考慮期』並非『試用期』，若商品如經拆封、使用、以致缺乏完整性即失去再販售價值時，恕無法退貨。

如遇下列情況，提供7日內鑑賞期退換貨服務：

• 產品品目有錯誤，可退換貨。
• 產品包裝瑕疵破損，導致產品新鮮度有疑慮，可退換貨。

退換貨注意事項：

• 鑑賞期依規定為收到產品隔日起7日內，超過7天鑑賞期恕不提供退換貨服務。
• 請保持商品本體、內外包裝的完整性，並妥善保存。
• 食品類商品，因衛生考量，在還不確定是否要辦理退換貨以前，請勿拆封、試用，避免影響您的退/換貨權益。
• 當有瑕疵產品疑慮時，辦理方式：
• 於鑑賞期內與我們聯繫，並提供對應的照片予我們判定，『媽咪寶寶美國生活網』團隊將盡速提供您協助。

Return Policy

***Due to COVID19 pandemic, all items purchased can not be returned for health and safety concerns.***

Policy below only applies when pandemic is over.

1. Return Authorization
All items must have a valid RA (Return Authorization) number prior returning to us. We will not accept any returns without valid RA number. Any returns without RA number will be sent back at the cost of customer.

2. Return Policy
Items are eligible for return within 7 days of receiving the product (base on the shipping tracking record). Customer is responsible for returning the item back to mommybaobao.com, including shipping and handling cost. All return package must be in original packaging condition. Please be advised that item rice wine water (月子水) has a 30% restocking fee for approved return, we reserve to right to approve or disapprove any return requests.

Items Not Eligible For Returns:
- Items not return within 7 days of receiving the product ( based on the shipping tracking record ).
- Items that have been worn
- Items that smell of cigarette smoke or perfume
- Items with stains
*Any received returns that are not eligible will be return to customer at customer's expense.

We do not offer refunds on shipping.
We do not offer exchange.
